On September 29, 2019, Kent Mattox announced the vision of ALL IN Alabama 2020: Transform Alabama. God has given him the mandate and strategy from Holy Spirit to visit all 67 counties in the State of Alabama in 2020 to implement God’s vision of taking “Fire Teams” to every county to have Holy Ghost FIRE services.
